Dirty Fun

Yesterday we had the dirt delivered to for Holly's garden portion of the playhouse project - a lot of dirt! The afternoon was spent moving dirt, moving dirt and moving even more dirt. Holly had a blast as I just let her go to town. She could not believe that I let her get as dirty as she wanted. How often does a child truly have a pile of dirt to play it, dirt that is clean and dry. I invited some friends over, but I think they thought I was joking - I wasn't... come play in the dirt. Holly told me she had one of her best days ever. I am sold!
