Cattle Parade

This morning we met up with friends in downtown for the annual opening of the Puyallup Fair - the Cattle Parade. This is such a fun tradition that I am glad we were turned onto several years back, they actually run cattle through the streets of our downtown. It is a great way to start a parade and is so exciting, fun and different! The parade is also filled with several cowboys & cowgals, horses, tractors, local marching bands, characters and more! After the parade the locals follow the tail end into the fair for a free grand opening - a fun tradition indeed!
